How To Use Failure And Discomfort To Get Unstuck - Interview with Alexa Martin

May 30, 20231 min read

Feeling stuck is so underwhelming. When you feel stuck you feel depressed, anxious and frustrated all the time, and I know how hard that can be. Lucky for you, there are some simple tweaks we can make to get you unstuck and grooving.

What if I told you that a simple process can help you start getting some movement and help you get unstuck? As you listen to this episode, I want you to remember that I said simple but not easy.

Self reflection is not an easy process, because it's going to force you to come to terms with yourself and where you are the problem. When I interviewed Alexa, we talk a fair bit about how much courage this process takes and how doing the things you want to be doing are going to take you out of your comfort zone.

This episode is for you if you feel stuck, frustrated and lost. This episode is here to remind you that the life you want is absolutely possible for you, but you are going to have to change some things and learn some new skills in order to get there. In this episode you are going to learn her simple framework to start making decisions that are more aligned with who you want to be and the life you want to live, instead of the life you think you should be living (but hate).

Happy listening!
